Xsellerration Sales and Marketing has an executive committee responsible for developing the company vision and leading it into new and emerging business opportunities. Tony Harrison, President
Tony is the Founder of Xsellerration Sales and Marketing. He has been in sales for more than 18 years, most of his career with Procter & Gamble in various assignments including sales, operations and business development. Tony has managed business relationships both domestically and internationally while developing global contracts for many multinational Fortune 500 companies. He helped launch many new products related to health & beauty aids, food & beverage, baby care, paper products, laundry and home cleaning products. Tony was past President & CEO of ToHar Industries Inc., a chemical manufacturing company based in Dalton, Ga. Tony holds a BA in Office Administration & Management from Florida A&M University.

Derrick Robinson, Vice President of Sales
Derrick is a founding member of Xsellerration Sales and Marketing. His background includes 24 years of high tech sales and management with companies such as IBM, Procter & Gamble, GE Capital, Oracle and SAP. He was granted the Golden Circle Award, IBM"s highest level of sales achievement, for five consecutive years and was placed in the accelerated program for executive management. He has achieved the highest levels of sales success at each of his companies, and while at IBM excelled in selling to competitively installed accounts. He has taught sales training for many Fortune 500 companies and specializes in the consultative sales process. He has also found success in turning around failed small businesses such as United Remix Corporation in Ohio. Derrick has a BS in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Williams College in Massachusetts.

David Stephens, Vice President of Total Quality/ Client Services
David is a founding member of Xsellerration Sales and Marketing. He has more than 15 years experience in large financial services, consumer products and enterprise service solutions organizations. David's expertise in sales training/coaching, business development and Six Sigma process improvements has helped several organizations drive double-digit growth and reduce operational cost. Prior to Xsellerration, David worked for Procter & Gamble, Honeywell Intl., PepsiCo (Frito-Lay) and Bank of America. David is an expert in reducing sales variability and improving product cycle time to market. He now brings his experience in Sales, Marketing and Total Quality from the client perspective to Xsellerration to drive sales and increase productivity. David holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Tuskegee University and an MBA from Queens University McColl Graduate School of Business.

Kyle Ward, Vice President of Operations
Kyle is a founding member of Xsellerration Sales and Marketing. He has more than 24 years of sales experience and is skilled in quickly building sales teams and distribution channels within entrepreneurial environments requiring accelerated results. Kyle has developed, implemented and managed sales and support organizations to sell innovative, breakthrough products and services. Prior to Xsellerration Sales and Marketing, Kyle served in several senior management roles with Excel Management Inc., a commercial and defense automation and communications, technology company. Kyle was general manager of Honeywell Bull, an IT systems and integration company and marketing and branch manager for Wang Laboratories, an international computer and software enterprise. He also served as managing director of distribution channels for GMD software, an education consulting company. As the founder and past president of Ubiquity Marketing Group, Kyle has excelled at assisting small companies partner with Fortune 1000 companies to expand their base. Kyle's commitment to sales and sales management started as a sales representative with the IBM Corporation. He earned a BS in Marketing from Ohio State University.

Miguel Wilson, VP of New Business Development
Miguel is a founding partner of Xsellerration Sales and Marketing. He has over 15 years sales experience with companies such as General Mills, and the Marriott Corporation. He is also a successful entrepreneur. Miguel is a master net worker who consistently leverages his extensive relationships to broker deals and create value. Miguel has a BS in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University and an MBA from Campbell University.

Jonathan Vaughters, VP of Marketing
Jonathan is a founding member of Xsellerration Sales and Marketing. Jonathan has a diverse business career spanning over 20 years as an executive in sales, marketing and business development. He has previously worked with major companies like Procter & Gamble, IBM, Heller Financial, Reynolds & Reynolds, Eastman Kodak, Equifax and NEC. Jonathan has launched eBusiness initiatives, developed partnerships, built marketing staffs, successfully launched new products and led cross-functional teams to launch and brand new products. Jonathan holds a BA in Business and Economics from the College of Wooster in Ohio, and a MBA in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
